About Fairfax Radiology Centers
Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC) - the largest radiology practice in Northern Virginia - is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer to support our Reston and Herndon imaging centers.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality ultrasound services in a collaborative outpatient setting. Your professionalism, empathy, and technical expertise will help ensure every patient feels supported and cared for during their visit.

Schedule & Location
  • PRN - as needed coverage
  • Daytime weekday hours preferred
  • Location: Reston / Herndon Imaging Centers

What You’ll Do
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will:
  • Perform general ultrasound exams, including:
    • OB (1st trimester)
    • GYN
    • Abdominal
    • Small parts
  • Breast ultrasound experience is a plus, but not required
  • Consistently acquire high-quality diagnostic images
  • Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion
What You’ll Bring
  • RDMS certification required upon hire
  • BLS certification required
  • 1+ year of general ultrasound experience preferred - new graduates welcome
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic outpatient environment
