This is a full-time, benefitted Systems Analyst opportunity at Fairfax Radiology Centers. The hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a weekend on-call rotation.
This position is remote but with frequent projects where you will need to travel to the corporate office or go to the Centers. We will accept applicants from Northern Virginia and/or the Maryland area (just outside of DC).

What you'll do:
You’ll be the go-to resource for supporting and improving our Radiology Information System (RIS). Day to day, you’ll:
Collaborate on system upgrades, portal rollouts, and cross-functional IT projects.

What you'll do:
You’ll be the go-to resource for supporting and improving our Radiology Information System (RIS). Day to day, you’ll:
- Resolve front-line RIS issues for radiology and front desk teams.
- Test and validate RIS updates and configuration changes.
- Support patient and provider access to digital systems, troubleshooting login and data issues.
- Maintain internal documentation and provide guidance to new users.
Collaborate on system upgrades, portal rollouts, and cross-functional IT projects.
- Participate in periodic weekend or on-call support for maintenance and urgent issues.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or clinical system support, ideally within a healthcare environment.
- Health Information Technology experience is preferred.
- Healthcare IT expertise working within a Radiology Information System (RIS) is highly preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort supporting clinical applications (Portals, RIS, EMR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; you know how to meet people where they are.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with OpenDr, Medinformatix, Epic, or other EMR-integrated portals is preferred.
- Familiarity with HL7 messaging, interface troubleshooting, or basic SQL queries is preferred.
- Experience supporting radiology staff and an understanding of radiology workflows is preferred.
