In this role, you’ll do more than schedule appointments — you’ll help patients feel informed, reassured, and supported from their very first interaction.

Work Model
This position transitions to fully remote after training.
During scheduled work hours (Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), employees must maintain a distraction-free environment and remain consistently available on the phone system.

What You’ll Do

Schedule a variety of radiologic exams accurately for patients and referring providers
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
Navigate a Windows-based, color-coded scheduling system to manage appointments
Answer patient questions and guide them through next steps in their care

What You’ll Bring

Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others
Call center experience preferred
- Healthcare or health insurance call center experience strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
Comfort working across multiple systems with solid computer skills
