Schedule & Location
  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 4-day workweek - every weekend is a 3-day weekend
  • No weekends, holidays, or call requirements
  • Location: Fairfax, VA

What You’ll Do
As an MRI Tech Aide, you will:
  • Provide outstanding service to patients and families while explaining MRI procedures clearly and compassionately
  • Set up MRI suites for exams and assist patients with safe transfers to and from imaging tables
  • Start IV access prior to procedures
  • Ensure patient comfort, modesty, and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Communicate with physician offices to clarify and complete MRI orders
  • Confirm critical exam details including body part, laterality, and contrast use
  • Request order modifications when appropriate to support accurate imaging workflows
What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical or radiology office preferred
  • IV start experience highly preferred
  • Experience in one of the following roles preferred:
    • Medical Assistant
    • MRI / CT Tech Aide
    • ED Tech
    • EMT or Paramedic
    • Nursing Student (after first clinical rotation)
  • BLS certification required upon hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, professional demeanor
