Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

In this role, you’ll be a trusted resource for benefit administration, employee support, vendor coordination, compliance, and process improvement. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and highly engaged HR team that values service, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like
In Your First 30 Days
  • Learn FRC’s benefits programs, systems, vendors, and internal workflows
  • Build relationships with HR team members and key benefit partners
  • Begin supporting benefit inquiries and invoice reconciliation processes
  • Observe and assist with benefits orientation and onboarding activities
In Your First 90 Days
  • Independently manage recurring benefits administration tasks
  • Support open enrollment preparation and employee communications
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee benefit questions
Within Your First Year
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Play a key role in annual enrollment and vendor implementations
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, payroll, and external vendors
  • Help ensure a seamless and positive employee benefits experience
  • Lead employee wellness initiatives

What You’ll Own
Benefits Administration
  • Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  • Ensure plans are administered in accordance with plan documents, policies, and procedures
  • Support employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
Vendor & Invoice Management
  • Review and reconcile benefit invoices for accuracy and timely payment
  • Partner with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with vendor implementations, renewals, and ongoing relationship management
Employee Support & Communication
  • Conduct weekly benefits orientation sessions for new hires
  • Prepare and distribute employee-facing benefit communications
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employee questions
Compliance & Reporting
  • Support audits, reconciliations, valuations, and reporting activities
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors, auditors, agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed
HR Team Partnership
  • Provide backup support for onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate across the HR team to deliver an exceptional employee experience

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience
  • ADP experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered
